    The reason we use this basis:  The Data we hold is required by law and by insurance companies in order to rent a vehicle. 
    We process your information in the following ways:  We do not conduct any marketing using your data, and will never pass any data on to third parties unless there is a legal reason to do so.  We will redact any data as requested, but will retain such information as required by law.
    Data retention period:  For the purposes of complying with relevant Road Traffic Acts and Insurance Law, we shall continue to process your information for 7 years, or until the contract between us ends or is terminated under any contract terms.

  • Sharing your information:  We do not share your information with third parties other than the Police, Traffic Enforcement Agencies and relevant Insurance companies.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
